The shoot for the Helsinki head office had gone so well that I was asked by TBWA to do the same for 3 Step IT's Oslo offices. Obviously, pre-production had to be a little different as I couldn't get to the location in advance. The solution was to fly out to Oslo the day before the shoot with my camera gear and lighting, take some reference images of the location and some headshots of the employees, send those images back to the art director in Helsinki, conference call that afternoon with the AD and the project manager, to decide what scenarios would be needed. Again, by the time I arrived at the location the following day to start the shoot, I was fully prepared and able to just concentrate on getting the best shots possible. It also helped that everyone at the Oslo offices was incredibly helpful and made themselves available whenever asked. Thank you!
And if all goes well, there's still time during the schedule to fit in a couple of extra portraits...
