If you want to expand your client base, then you need to look professional at all levels of the business, including your marketing. To avoid extra production costs, the creative director and producer on this project were very hands on. They made sure I had good location reference images prior to the shoot; gave a clear idea of the number and type of shots needed; and made sure their employees that were going to be in the shoot were looking their best. All this was achieved with one meeting and a few emails. On the day of the shoot, I turned up with my camera gear and lights, worked out who worked best for each set-up, shot, sent the choices to the creative director the following day, then retouched the selections before final delivery - quick and painless for all concerned.
